Ross McMorrow is a PhD student in the Department of Mechatronics at ATU Sligo, working under the supervision of Dr. Jamie Roche. His research focuses on 3D human pose estimation and reconstruction, human activity recognition, group activity recognition, and group activity prediction modelling. Prior to this, Ross completed an MSc in Computer Data Science at ATU Sligo, where his research explored the prediction of polymer degradation in the hot-melt extrusion process using near-infrared spectroscopy.
