Dr Marinus Toman received a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Cloud Computing from Letterkenny Institute of Technology, Donegal, Ireland in 2018, and a PhD degree in Computational Neuroscience as part of the Computational Neuroscience and Neural Engineering Research Team at Ulster University, Derry, Northern Ireland in 2022. His primary research interests include modelling of glial and neuronal cells in the brain to investigate how memory and learning occurs at a cellular level in the brain. His other research interests include computer and data science, specifically artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.
